the hotel is centrally located and close to the aqua park. the room was equipped with a kettle, mini fridge, cutlery, and crockery, which was really convenient. I also appreciated the option to use the kitchen area. the balcony in my room provided a lovely view of the garden. the friendly hostess made me feel at home and the free coffee and sandwiches in the morning were a nice touch. a great stay!

Loved having free parking - now I don't have to pay for it like in the fancy hotel next door! And the best part, it's in a quiet area - no obnoxious noise from partying guests all night long.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel, as it was in a very quiet area near the center. Our room had a lovely balcony with a view of the garden, and it was clean and spacious. the owner was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check out late. We also appreciated the facilities available, like the refrigerator in the room and the coffee machine in the kitchen.

The lack of heating in the room, especially in November. the owner's reaction when we asked about it was quite negative and unwelcoming.

One thing to note is that this place may not be suitable for party people who like to stay out late at night. the heating in the room was not very effective, which was a bit uncomfortable, especially during the colder Christmas season.

The kids absolutely loved spending their days at the aqua park, and we found it very convenient to have it so close by. The villa itself was lovely, with comfortable rooms and a beautiful garden area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. it was a wonderful experience for our family and we would definitely recommend it to others.
